Here is a quick way to beat procrastination and get productive work done in the next hour.
Step #1 - Grab a Pen and Paper
You could use a keyboard but handwriting activates neural pathways priming your brain for focused action. Research shows handwriting improves both memory and idea processing.
Step #2 - Ask the Power Question
“If I only do three things today, which would have the biggest impact right now?”
Trust your gut and jot down the first three tasks that come to mind.
You can tweak the question based on what resonates:
What tasks will reduce my stress the most?
What will help me feel accomplished?
What will create the most growth?
Step #3 - Add Your Top Three to Lofizen Notes
Here’s an example of my three for today:
Put on your headphones, start the lofi tunes from Lofizen, and immerse yourself in the flow.
Tackle those three tasks with laser focus. Until they’re done, nothing else matters.
Step #4 - Celebrate Each Win
After you complete a task:
