Terms of Service for Lofizen

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lofizen, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the app.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Engage in spamming or sending unsolicited messages or creating or share any harmful content through the app.

3. Account Creation and Management

While creating an account is not required to use Lofizen, you will need to create an account to access most features. You may be required to provide your email address and, if using social login, your username and profile picture URL will be recorded from the provider of the social login. No other personal data is collected.

4. Payment and Subscription Details

Lofizen operates on a subscription model. Payment for subscriptions will be processed via Stripe. Subscriptions will be automatically renewed at the end of each billing period unless canceled by you. Refunds are not available for subscriptions, as Lofizen is a digital product.

Lofizen reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an order. The prices quoted may be revised by Lofizen in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, variation in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs and any other matter beyond the control of Lofizen. In that event, the user will have the right to cancel their order.

5. User-Generated Content

Users can create their own text content within the app. However, this content is private and cannot be shared outside of the user's account inside the app. Lofizen does not moderate user-generated content.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Lofizen is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any errors, interruptions, or damages resulting from your use of the app. If legally required, disclaimers will be included in the app.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Your use of Lofizen may also be subject to other local, state, national or international laws.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes via email.
